AIYA’s large-scale procurement
process ensures consistency for our clients. Because
we own exclusive harvesting rights to the most fertile
tea estates throughout Japan, we can blend our teas
to ensure that the final product always conforms to
our detailed specifications of high quality tea. In
contrast, smaller manufacturers with limited procurement
options are subject to greater fluctuations in quality:
for example, one abnormal rain storm could easily ruin
their entire annual harvest.
AIYA’s market dominance is further reflected in
our through-put capacity. Our ISO 9001 certified, fully
automated manufacturing facility, houses over 1300 granite
grinding mills which can operate 24 hours a day, year
round. This means that AIYA Corporation is the only
company in the world that has the capability to procure
and manufacture enough Matcha to easily supply the needs
of North America, Europe and Japan combined. |
