
Matcha Yogurt Jelly
Our Matcha Yogurt Jelly is the perfect treat to make for someone you care about. It's easy too - just mix and let set! The freshness of the yogurt pairs very well with the gentle sweetness of the azuki beans.
[Makes 6 servings]
[Ingredients]
Powdered Gelatin........................ 1 tbsp
Water......................................... 4 tbsp
Milk............................................ 1 1/2 cups
Aiya Cooking Grade Matcha...... 2 tbsp
Sugar......................................... 1/3 cup
Plain Yogurt................................ 1 cup
Coconut Milk............................... as needed
Azuki Beans................................ as needed
Note: You can also substitue canned fruits in place of the azuki beans.
[Directions]
- Sprinkle the gelatin into the water and mix.
- Dissolve the matcha in a small amount of hot water and set aside.
- Pour the milk and sugar into a pot and heat together. Stir in the gelatin and water. Once everything is dissolved together, add in the matcha and yogurt. Mix well.
- Pour into molds, place in the refrigerator, and allow to set.
- When serving, drizzle with some coconut milk and add a dollup of azuki beans.
