Kogi founder Mark Manguera recently launched a new shaved ice concept called, Snow Monkey. His first location can be found at Westfield Topanga Mall in Conoga Park, CA. On his menu happens to be Aiya’s Matcha green tea flavored shaved ice. We have been working with Mark for a few months while he perfected the taste for his Aiya Matcha green tea shaved ice. From what we have been told it is one of the favorite flavors amongst bloggers and people during the taste test.
