WHAT ARE AIYA REWARD POINTS?

Aiya Reward Points are points that can be accrued and used as a monetary discount on a future online order. Twenty (20) Aiya Reward Points can be redeemed for $1.00 off (USD). Shipping fees and taxes do not count toward Aiya Reward Points. Aiya Reward Points cannot be redeemed for cash.

HOW DO I EARN AIYA REWARD POINTS?

There are multiple ways to earn Aiya Reward Points.

• 100 points - From the Aiya Reward Points portal, sign up for the program by creating an Aiya Matcha account. (Only applicable to new Aiya accounts created after 9/3/21.) • 60 points - From the Aiya Reward Points portal, follow @AiyaMatcha on Instagram. • 40 points - From the Aiya Reward Points portal, like Aiya Matcha on Facebook. • 1+ points - Earn 1 point for every $1.00 (USD) spent on www.aiya-america.com. (Customers must log in to their Aiya account prior to purchase. Aiya Reward Points are automatically added to your account after the order has shipped.)

In order for the Aiya Reward Points to be recorded, all point earning opportunities must be executed through the Aiya Reward Points portal in the bottom right corner of your screen.

I HAVE AIYA REWARD POINTS. HOW DO I REDEEM THEM?

1. Login to your Aiya Customer Account. 2. Add item(s) to your cart and head to checkout. 3. In the bottom right corner of your screen, click on the green button labeled “Aiya Reward Points” to access the Aiya Reward Points portal. 4. Follow the instructions to redeem your Aiya Reward Points for an order discount coupon. This will generate a unique coupon code. 5. At checkout, input the unique coupon code to receive the discount. 6. Review and place order. 7. After the order has shipped, check your account dashboard in the Aiya Reward Points portal for an updated points total.

CAN I REDEEM AIYA REWARD POINTS DURING SALES & PROMOTIONS?

Yes! We encourage customers to take advantage of Aiya Reward Points during sales and promotions.

DO AIYA REWARD POINTS EXPIRE?

No, Aiya Reward Points do not expire.
