Our Baked Matcha Donut recipe uses rice flour for a moist finished product. To preserve the Matcha’s color, make sure to lower the oven temperature for the second half of baking!
Makes 5 donuts.
Note: While this recipe calls for rice flour, you can substitute all purpose or cake flour instead. Please be aware that changing the flour will slightly alter the finished product.
