NRA 2014 Recap

A couple weeks back we attended the National Restaurant Association (NRA) show in Chicago. This is the largest restaurant show in the US and is held every year at McCormick Place Convention Center in Chicago, IL. The show room floor is always huge with tons of companies exhibiting as well as tons of attendees eager to try out different foods and check out what's happening in the restaurant industry.

This year IFT was held in Chicago at McCormick Place. Being that IFT's main headquarters is in Chicago there was a much bigger turnout in the amount of companies that exhibited during the show as well as attendees. Last year's IFT show in Las Vegas didn't have nearly as big of a turnout as this year. It also helps having a nice big venue like McCormick Place to host such an event.

The Aiya team just recently exhibited at the National Restaurant Association (NRA) Show in Chicago from May 18th-21st. This show is the biggest restaurant show in the US. It attracts a lot of attendees and has a lot of high profile presenters. Some of the presenters this year included; Howard Schultz, Anthony Bourdain, Robert Irvine, etc. This show was a big moment for us because we debuted a new product that we hope to finalize and have out in the marketplace in the next couple of months, our Matcha 2 Go product.

Hello everyone! Everyone gearing up for Mother's day weekend? The Aiya America team just recently came back from the NRA 2012 Show in Chicago. This was the first time we attended such a show and it was a huge show. One of the biggest we've attended. When we say NRA we don't mean the "National Rifle Association" but the "National Restaurant Association." This is one of, if not biggest restaurant shows. Surprisingly Bill Clinton was a guess speaker this year at the show, although none of us on the Aiya America team attended his speech because we were so busy.
