Last weekend was the World Tea Expo in Las Vegas. This marked the 10th anniversary of the World Tea Expo. It was a good opportunity to meet with current customers face to face as well as an excellent opportunity to network with other people in the tea industry. This year Aiya America were gold sponsors for the event. We have been exhibiting at the World Tea Expo since 2006. At the show we were sampling our Ceremonial Matcha, our new Matcha lemonade using our Matcha Zen Cafe Blend, and steeped Matcha Infused Genmaicha. Since this was a tea show many people preferred the Ceremonial Matcha, our flagship product, but many people were pleasantly surprised by the Matcha lemonade. Especially because Las Vegas is already hot and around 100 degree, the Matcha lemonade was quite refreshing to help the attendees enjoy a nice cool summertime drink. We decided to sample or Matcha Infused Genmaicha during the show to promote our new loose leaf Japanese green tea tins. They come in 4 varieties; Gyokuro, Sencha, Matcha Infused Sencha, and Matcha Infused Genmaicha. You can also find the loose leaf Japanese green tea tins in either organic grade or non-organic grade. Many attendees really seemed to enjoy our Matcha Infused Genmaicha, and it is actually one of our most popular loose leaf Japanese teas that we carry. World Tea has also started doing a World Tea East Expo that is held in October. We will be exhibiting at that trade show again this year in Philadelphia. We hope to see you there!
