Ingredients
Swirled Loaf Cake
- ¾ cup light brown sugar
- ¾ cup vegan coconut yogurt
- ¼ cup coconut oil, melted
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp Aiya Cooking Grade Matcha
- Zest and juice of 1 blood orange
- ½ tsp nutmeg
Glaze
- ½ cup icing sugar
- Juice of 1 blood orange
