Coconut Vanilla Matcha Smoothie Recipe

This Matcha smoothie is a tropical, fruity concoction that’s nutritious, refreshingly delicious, and doesn’t separate in the refrigerator.

Makes 2 smoothies.

An original recipe prepared for us by A Couple Cooks.

Ingredients

    • 1 Tbsp Aiya Cooking Grade Matcha
    • 1 can light coconut milk
    • 1 Tbsp vanilla extract
    • 2.5 Tbsp agave nectar, or sweetener of your choice
    • 1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut
    • 1 cup frozen pineapples
    • 1/2 ripe banana
    • 1/2 cup ice
    • Small pinch salt

Directions

    1. In a blender, blend all ingredients together on high-speed, stopping to scrape down the sides if necessary.
