As the highest grade of Matcha currently offered by Aiya, the Premium Grade Matcha provides a level of quality typically reserved for high-class Japanese tea ceremonies. With tons of natural sweetness (umami flavor) from the L-Theanine amino acids, this grade is usually served as Koi-cha (thick tea), but can also be enjoyed as Usu-cha (thin tea).

All of Aiya’s Matcha is produced in the Nisho region of Aichi prefecture, Japan, where the finest Matcha has been grown for over 800 years.
