Matcha Boba

Warmer weather calls for cool and refreshing beverages! Bask in the summer sun with this lightly sweetened Matcha Boba.

Makes 2 drinks

An original recipe prepared for us by Obsessive Cooking.



    • ½ cup boba/tapioca pearls
    • 2 cups water
    • 1-2 Tbsp honey

    Matcha Milk Tea

    • 1 Tbsp Aiya Culinary Grade Matcha
    • 3 cups almond milk
    • 1½ cups ice
    • Brown sugar or honey, to taste



    1. Prepare the boba according to directions
    2. Once pearls are cooked, turn off the heat and drain the boba. Pour the cooked boba into a small bowl.
    3. Add honey to the tapioca pearls and let the pearls sit for about 5 minutes to absorb the sweetener.

    Matcha Milk Tea

    1. In a blender, blend the Matcha, almond milk, ice, and your sweetener.
    2. Divide the pearls between two glasses and pour the Matcha green tea. Enjoy!
