Matcha Coconut Milk Panna Cotta Cereal

Desserts for breakfast? Say no more, this Matcha Coconut Milk Panna Cotta Cereal is mildly sweet and topped with an array of superfoods.

Makes 2 servings.

An original recipe created for us by Lipstick and Wellness.


    • 16 oz of your choice of milk
    • 2 Tbsp of gelatin
    • 1 1/2 tsp Aiya Cooking Grade Matcha
    • A pinch of Monk Fruit sweetener or your choice of sweetener


    1. Lightly warm milk and gelatin on stove top then add 1 1/2 tsp of Aiya Cooking Grade Matcha.
    2. Place in a blender and blend for a few seconds. Then place in a glass container and refrigerate overnight.
    3. Cut the panna cotta into little squares and place it in a bowl with your milk of choice.
    4. Top it off with toppings like Mulberries from Sun Potion, hemp seeds from Nutiva, or your choice of superfoods.

    PS: This can be made vegan by using more agar agar instead of gelatin!
