Matcha Kale & Peach Smoothie Recipe

Combined with the superfood properties of kale, this smoothie is the perfect healthy start to an active, productive day. 

Makes two 8-oz. smoothies.

An original recipe prepared for us by Love and Lemons. 


    • 2 tsp Aiya Cooking Grade Matcha
    • 1 cup Almond milk 
    • 2 Kale leaves, stems removed 
    • 1-2 Ripe peaches (or pears)
    • 1/2 tsp Grated ginger
    • A handful of Ice
    • 1 Frozen banana (optional)


    1. Add all ingredients to blender.
    2. Blend until you have a smooth consistency.
    3. For a creamier smoothie, add a frozen banana to the mix.
