Matcha Kale & Peach Smoothie

Combined with the superfood properties of kale, this smoothie is the perfect healthy start to an active, productive day. 

Makes two 8 oz smoothies.

An original recipe prepared for us by Love & Lemons. 


    • 2 tsp Aiya Culinary Grade Matcha
    • 1 cup almond milk 
    • 2 kale leaves, stems removed 
    • 1 - 2 ripe peaches (or pears)
    • ½ tsp grated ginger
    • a handful of ice
    • 1 frozen banana (optional)


    1. Add all ingredients to blender.
    2. Blend until you have a smooth consistency.
    3. For a creamier smoothie, add a frozen banana to the mix.
