Matcha Milk Tea with Boba

Cool off from this heat wave and sip on these refreshingly sweet Matcha milk teas. Add a scoop of boba for a playful, chewy addition to your drink.

Makes 2 milk teas.

An original recipe prepared for us by modest marce.


    • 2 cups unsweetened nut milk
    • 1 Tbsp Aiya Culinary Grade Matcha
    • 3 Tbsp raw honey
    • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
    • ½ cup cooked black boba tapioca
    • 1 cup ice, for serving


    1. In a cocktail shaker add the milk, Matcha, honey and vanilla. shake well.
    2. In a glass add desired amount of tapioca and fill the rest with ice.
    3. Strain Matcha mixture over the tapioca and ice.
    4. Sip away!
