Matcha Peach Iced Latte

Hello peach season! This Matcha latte features a bright and flavorful peach puree to create just the right amount of summer-y sweetness.

Makes enough to share.

An original recipe prepared for us by modest marce.


    • 2 medium peaches, peeled and diced
    • ¼ cup water, room temperature
    • ½ tsp pure vanilla extract
    • 1 Tbsp lemon juice
    • 1 Tbsp quality honey
    • 2 tsp Aiya's Culinary Grade Matcha
    • 1 cup water, boiling
    • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk


    1. In a blender add the peaches, ¼ cup water, vanilla extract, lemon juice and honey. Blend until smooth. Run mixture through a fine mesh strainer to ensure no lumps remain.
    2. In a separate bowl add the Matcha powder. slowly add the boiling water while whisking. Whisk until Matcha is fully dissolved in the water. Let cool to room temperature.
    3. When ready to assemble evenly divide the peach puree between two jars. Fill glass with ice.
    4. Top with the Matcha mixture followed by the coconut milk. Enjoy!
