Matcha Yogurt Jelly

Our Matcha Yogurt features a light, refreshing taste that perfectly complements the gentle sweetness of the adzuki beans. 

Makes 6 servings.


    • 1 Tbsp Powdered Gelatin
    • 4 Tbsp Water
    • 1 ½ cups Milk
    • 2 Tbsp Aiya Cooking Grade Matcha
    • 1/3 cup Sugar
    • 1 cup Plain Yogurt
    • Coconut Milk (as needed)
    • Azuki Beans (as needed)


    1. Sprinkle the gelatin into the water and mix.
    2. Dissolve the matcha in a small amount of hot water and set aside.
    3. Pour the milk and sugar into a pot and heat together.  Stir in the gelatin and water.  Once everything is dissolved together, add in the matcha and yogurt.  Mix well.
    4. Pour into molds, place in the refrigerator, and allow to set.
    5. When serving, drizzle with some coconut milk and add a dollup of azuki beans.

    Note: You can also substitute fruits in place of the azuki beans.
