Matcha Yuzu Shiso Spritzer

A refreshing and tart spritzer to sip on this summer!

Makes 1 spritzer.

An original recipe prepared for us by Rezel Kealoha.

Ingredients

    • 1 tsp Aiya Cooking Grade Matcha
    • ⅔ cup warm water
    • 3 shisho leaves
    • 1 Tbsp yuzu juice
    • 1 bottle sparkling water
    • Ice

Directions

    1. Prepare the Matcha following these instructions and then pour into your tumbler
    2. Add in the shisho leaves and with a muddler crush the leaves until bruised and fragrant. Top with the yuzu juice
    3. Fill the glass with ice and then top with sparkling water
    4. Repeat for as many drinks you want to make
