Rooberry Smoothie

A tart and fruity blend of South African Rooibos Tea and berries, this smoothie is great for those who like to add a little fun and adventure to tea time.

Makes two 12-oz. servings.

An original recipe prepared for us by Love and Lemons. 

Ingredients

    • 1 Tbsp Aiya Rooibos Zen Café Blend 
    • 1/2 cup Frozen Raspberries
    • 1 cup Frozen Blueberries
    • 1 container (7 oz) partially frozen greek yogurt
    • 1 cup Almond milk
    • A squeeze of lemon
    • (Optional) 1/2 Tbsp Honey or Agave Syrup

Directions

    1. Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
    2. Add more almond milk to thin consistency if necessary.

    Note: For a vegan substitution, use ¼ cup raw cashews (soaked overnight) and an additional ½ cup of almond milk in place of yogurt.
