Salted Matcha White Chocolate Fudge

Perfect as a holiday gift, wrap up a handful of these homemade Salted Matcha White Chocolate Fudge squares.

Makes 20 squares.

An original recipe prepared for us by modest marce.


    • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
    • 2 tsp Aiya Culinary Grade Matcha, plus more for dusting
    • 3 cups quality white chocolate chips
    • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
    • 1 tsp fine salt
    • coarse salt, for topping


    1. Line an 8" square baking dish with parchment paper. Set aside.
    2. In a saucepan over medium heat, whisk together the condensed milk and Matcha until smooth.
    3. Turn heat to low and add the chocolate chips. Stir until the chocolate is fully melted and incorporated.
    4. Whisk in the vanilla and salt.
    5. Transfer mixture to prepared baking dish and smooth the top to level. Sprinkle with coarse salt.
    6. Chill in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours. Slice cold, dust with additional Matcha if desired and serve. If making ahead, chill in an air tight container for up to two weeks!
