Vegan Matcha Chip Frappé

Creamy and slushy, this vegan-friendly Matcha frappe is the perfect midday pick-me-up.

Makes 1 frappe.

Ingredients

    • 1 tsp Aiya Cooking Grade Matcha
    • 4 frozen almond milk cubes
    • 1 cup almond milk
    • 1 Tbsp maple syrup or 2 dates (pitted)
    • 1 Tbsp cacao nibs

Directions

    1. Freeze almond milk in an ice cube tray.
    2. In a blender, combine all ingredients except for the cacao nibs. Blend until a slushy texture is reached.
    3. Lastly, add cacao nibs and pulse in. Pour and enjoy.
