- ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 packet instant (or rapid-rise) yeast
- 4 Tbsp vegan butter (divided)
- 2 ¼ cups unbleached all-purpose flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 Tbsp Aiya Culinary Grade Matcha
- 4 Tbsp cane sugar (divided)
- 1 cup organic powdered sugar
- 1 - 2 Tbsp unsweetened almond milk
- ½ Tbsp vanilla extract
